Here are a few recent conversations in our house...
1. Cabin Fever
Tank: Ah, Mommy it's supposed to be summer already!
Me: I'm ready for it to be warm outside too buddy.
Tank: Go away stupid snow!! (As he looks out the window)
Me: It's going to get warmer soon and it will start to melt so we can see the green grass.
Tank: (Looks out the window again) But it's STILL there!
Me: Well it's going to take a little longer than that.
2. The Toots
Tank: Did you hear that mommy?
Me: Hear what?
Tank: I tooted!
Me: Ok buddy, but you don't need to tell everyone.
Tank: Oh, it's naughty to toot!
Me: No, it's not naughty. We just don't need to tell everyone when we do it.
Tank: Oh! Mommy did you know that toots make you poop??
Mommy: Alright tooter!
